One life, one heart! I believe good health is a top priority in life! Heart disease is the number one killer of women in Australia, a shocking stat that can be reduced if us women pay as much attention to our wellbeing and health as we do to everything and everyone else!

I'm running the 2016 London Marathon as part of the Hearts Across Australia team, to support and raise funds for the Heart Foundation so they may continue their work in educating more women and people about the importance of active lifestyle and good heart health!

In April 2016, 6 runners are taking part in the London Marathon as a Hearts Across Australia team, continuing the fundraising and awareness-raising, and inspiring others along the way!
